Sunday Morning Worship: We Are One

  • Oak Ridge Unitarian Universalist Church 809 Oak Ridge Turnpike Oak Ridge, TN, 37830 United States (map)

Join us this Sunday for our July worship series, Interdependence, as Worship Leader David Savoie shares his message, “We Are One.”

Let us consider Interdependence as referring to how we as human beings owe our existence to the universe, to this world within which we are born, live and die. Our humanity depends upon this world. The answer to the question of our identity, of what we are, must include all “this”. No one thing, or person, stands alone or exists by itself; we are a part of the whole. We are One. If we were to know this deeply, how would we understand our responsibility for ourselves? How would we see each other? How would we live?

To attend by Zoom, please install the Zoom app on your device and use Meeting ID: 890 7958 2989. We will begin admitting guests at 9:45 a.m.

Please email or text Prayer Requests to: joysandsorrows@oruuc.org.

The nursery is available only during worship in summer.

Masks are not required in the building; however, they are available, along with hand sanitizer, in various locations throughout the church. We encourage you to assess your personal risks and do what makes you feel comfortable, whether that means wearing a mask or worshiping with ORUUC from home on Zoom. We ask that if you have symptoms or have had a COVID exposure, please stay home and join us on Zoom. For more information on Covid, visit the CDC website at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/index.html.
