Sunday Morning Worship: Remembering Labor Day

Our worship service will begin at 10:00 DST this morning in person and on Zoom. Join us for our August worship series, Awakening, as our lay leaders lead the service. ORUUC member Derek Guy will speak on the importance of Unions. Derek is a 26-year member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, and holds a current position at the IBEW Local 270 as the Membership Development Coordinator and the IBEW Political Coordinator for Tennessee.

After the service, you’re invited to enjoy coffee and conversation in the Social Hall. There will be no Youth Faith Formation classes today. The nursery is available during worship and second hour.

Masks are not required in the building; however, they are available, along with hand sanitizer, in various locations throughout the church. We encourage you to assess your personal risks and do what makes you feel comfortable, whether that means wearing a mask or worshiping with ORUUC from home on Zoom. We ask that if you have symptoms or have had a COVID exposure, please stay home and join us on Zoom.
