Rainbow Camp

Rainbow Camp is a weeklong camp held at ORUUC in the summer where campers learn about diversity through relationship building, community and cultural learning. Originating in 1955, the camp began as a way to help children in the newly desegregated Oak Ridge schools get to know each other before school began. Today, the camp continues to promote diversity and inclusion for children and Youth in the community. Camp usually runs the last week in June. For more information, contact Christine Rehder at crehder@oruuc.org.
